Role & Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive, your primary focus will be driving new business, client onboarding, and contributing to the growth of the agency. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Client Onboarding:

    Own the entire brand onboarding journey, from initial contact to offer setup and first activation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Outreach and Lead Generation:

    Conduct both cold and warm outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to pitch new offerings to potential clients. Identify and build relationships with brands, agencies, and businesses interested in leveraging affiliate marketing services.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

    Engage with new clients, pitch, negotiate, and close advertising deals with brand advertisers, media agencies, and performance marketing agencies. Nurture and maintain long-term relationships to foster future business growth.
  • Affiliate Marketing Knowledge:

    Leverage your expertise in affiliate marketing to pitch the right solutions to clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Account Management:

    Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Experience:

    2 to 3 years of experience in sales within the digital marketing industry, specifically in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Industry Expertise:

    Previous experience working in a marketing agency or company with a strong track record in sales and client acquisition.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch effectively and engage with clients at all levels.
  • Customer-Centric Approach:

    Proven ability to manage accounts, build strong client relationships, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Proven Success:

    A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals, with an ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
