Our mission is to empower learners with practical, high-impact skills that open doors to high-growth IT careers. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales conversions for online Salesforce training programs. Connect with inbound/outbound leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails. Understand the prospects' needs and guide them through the sales funnel. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of daily interactions and lead status using CRM tools. Collaborate with marketing and training teams to align sales strategies. Provide input to improve sales processes and customer experience. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C EdTech or telesales roles. Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality. Strong understanding of EdTech and career-oriented training programs is a plus. Ability to handle objections and close high-value sales. Work Requirements: Must have a personal laptop with reliable internet connectivity. Must have a smartphone with dual SIM capability (extra SIM slot mandatory for work-related calls). Willing to work flexible hours to meet sales goals and attend team meetings online.
