Senior Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities Job Summary: The Senior Executive Sales will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client interactions, conducting site visits, and achieving sales targets for residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate or construction sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calls, referrals, and networking. Conduct site visits and provide detailed project presentations to clients. Follow up with leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM. Collaborate with marketing and tele calling teams to maximize lead conversion. Stay informed about project details, market trends, and competitors. Assist clients throughout the documentation and booking process. Achieve individual and team sales targets within deadlines. Provide periodic sales reports to the management team. Participate in exhibitions, Trade fair, Road shows, Corporate & Institution Sales activities. Key Competencies: Goal-oriented and highly motivated Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively Team player with leadership potential Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred. 25 years of sales experience in the real estate or construction sector. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and client-handling skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office. Fluency in English and local language.
