Job Description

Role & responsibilities Conduct daily outbound calls to prospective customers from the lead database. Introduce residential and commercial project offerings to interested buyers. Qualify leads and fix appointments for site visits. Follow up regularly with prospects to convert them into confirmed site visits and bookings. Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure seamless follow-through. Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and lead status in the CRM. Address basic customer queries related to pricing, location, or amenities. Handle inbound calls and route them appropriately within the team.
