Senior Sales Executive / Manager - Luxury Villas ,Channel Partners

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Professional to drive the promotion and visibility of our premium residential projects, specifically a luxury villa development in a prime location in Tirupati. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing, a proven ability to generate high-quality leads, and expertise in managing both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for luxury residential properties to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Lead Generation: Oversee all lead generation activities across digital platforms (Google Ads, Social Media, SEO, Email Marketing) and traditional channels (print, events, hoardings).
• Digital Marketing Management:
• Manage and optimize all paid digital campaigns (PPC, Social Media Ads) with a focus on cost-per-lead (CPL) and conversion rates.
• Manage and update the project website content and social media profiles.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Collateral & Branding: Collaborate with design agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital assets, and videos, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Channel Partner Coordination: Support the sales team in developing marketing material for channel partners and work on incentive schemes to enhance indirect sales through brokers.
• Market Research: Conduct continuous research on local real estate market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities.
• Events & Promotions: Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, property exhibitions, and exclusive launch events for prospective buyers.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹13,021.43 - ₹42,299.70 per month
