We are expanding our team and are looking for experienced professionals passionate about quality and timely execution.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Project and Site Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in handling villa or residential project execution. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate with contractors, ensure timely delivery of milestones, and maintain quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all site activities and ensure timely completion of construction phases.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor construction progress and maintain daily site reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure resource optimization on-site.
• Review and verify contractor bills and material consumption.
• Maintain strong documentation and reporting to project management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution, preferably in villa or gated community projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and structural details.
• Ability to handle multiple teams and subcontractors efficiently.
• Good understanding of project timelines and budgeting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools is a plus.

Salary: Best in industry – based on experience and interview.
Joining: Immediate or within 30 days preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
