We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves both field and office-based work and requires excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales leads, prospects, and business opportunities Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify potential clients Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize customer experience Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events when required Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitor activities Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 23/06/2025
