Senior Sales Executive for Gym

Key Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Conduct fitness consultations, facility tours, and membership presentations.
• Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and digital leads into sales.
• Upsell personal training, add-on services, and corporate packages.
• Maintain accurate lead follow-ups and CRM updates.
• Build strong member relationships to support retention.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track competitor offerings and provide market insights.
• Support in promotional events and local marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness or service industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-driven mindset with proven sales performance.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or peak times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
