Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Gold's Gym . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving membership sales. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for fitness and a proven track record in sales and business development. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase gym membership and revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and community organizations. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the fitness industry. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns. Attend networking events, trade shows, and community events to promote the gym. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Track and report on sales performance and business development activities. Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing and prospective members. Work closely with the General Manager and other team members to align business development strategies with overall gym objectives. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree. Strong understanding of the fitness industry and market trends. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.
