Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and acquire new corporate clients for B2B learning solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with L&D heads, HR leaders, and business decision-makers.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations showcasing EduRamps training solutions.
  • Develop customized proposals and collaborate with internal teams to address client-specific learning needs.
  • Drive lead generation, manage the sales pipeline, and meet revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging learning technologies, and competitor strategies.
  • Travel to different cities for corporate client meetings and business development activities.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate training sales, or IT sales.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise learning needs, including IT, Power Skills, Soft Skills, and Behavioral Training.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders professionally.
  • Ability to articulate and present customized learning solutions effectively.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in achieving business goals.
  • Willingness to travel for corporate client meetings as required.
  • Prior experience in selling corporate learning solutions or L&D programs is a plus.
