Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the designated area, ensuring that business targets are met or exceeded. The role involves managing and supporting the sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, implementing effective sales strategies, exploring new market opportunities, and providing timely sales reports to senior management. Collaboration with internal teams to address client needs and ensure satisfaction is also a key responsibility.

Pre requisites

• Proven expertise in sales management, business development, and achieving sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in mentoring and managing sales teams
• Experience and knowledge of ICU and OT equipment is mandatory.
• Dealer and hospital network

CTC - 4 to 6 L + DA + Incentives upto 4 LPA
