The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused mindset. This role demands strong interpersonal abilities, professional presentation, and a result-driven approach to drive property sales. Key Responsibilities: Actively promote and sell residential real estate properties in the Kharar region. Manage leads, conduct site visits, and convert prospects into customers. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate property solutions. Follow up with potential buyers and close deals efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of project offerings, pricing, competition, and market trends. Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure effective lead generation and follow-ups. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales head. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience (preferably in the Kharar, Mohali, or Chandigarh market). Strong sales acumen with a successful track record in closing deals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Confident, well-groomed, and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
