Senior Sales Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, proven experience in handling international clients (especially from the US and UK), and the ability to work effectively in a night shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with US and UK clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their business needs.
• Generate leads, build strong relationships, and manage client accounts effectively.
• Deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Provide excellent after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a neutral accent.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in international sales, preferably handling US and UK clients.
• Ability to understand and adapt to diverse client cultures and business etiquettes.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Work Schedule

• Night Shift (aligned with US/UK business hours).
• Flexibility to work on rotational schedules if required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
