Job Description

As an Inside Sales Associate at our company, your role involves proactively identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and nurturing leads through outbound and inbound channels. Your excellent communication skills, passion for sales, and drive to achieve targets will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound inquiries to generate leads. - Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services. - Maintain and update accurate client information and interactions. - Schedule appointments or meetings for senior sales representatives. - Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients. - Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. - Utilize sales coordination and core sales skills effectively. - Demonstrate strong customer service and communication abilities. - Apply experience in sales processes and international sales. - Showcase excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Have good experience in ad tech sales. - Collaborate effectively in a team environment. Qualifications Required: - 1 year of experience in B2B sales, direct sales, HVAC sales, inside sales, and general sales preferred. - 1 year of experience in inbound voice, international voice process, and outbound voice required. - Proficiency in English is required.
