Job Description

As an Inside Sales Associate at our company, you will play a vital role in our sales team by proactively identifying potential clients, creating new business opportunities, and nurturing leads through both outbound and inbound channels. Your exceptional communication skills, sales acumen, and goal-oriented mindset will be key to your success in this role. Your responsibilities will include conducting outbound calls to generate leads and following up on inbound inquiries, understanding customer needs to recommend suitable products or services, maintaining accurate client information, scheduling appointments for senior sales representatives, and fostering strong relationships with both potential and existing clients. Staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings will also be essential. To excel in this position, you should possess strong sales coordination and core sales skills, along with exceptional customer service and communication abilities. Previous experience in sales processes, particularly in international sales and ad tech sales, will be advantageous. Your interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, will contribute to your overall success. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates who are eager to kickstart their career in sales.
