Senior Sales Engineer

We specialize in delivering high-performance engineering solutions for the Metal, Cement, and Power sectors, serving both end customers and OEMs.

We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated B2B Sales Engineer with strong technical and communication skills to drive business growth in Odisha.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow business with existing key customers in the Metal, Cement, and Power sectors.
• Actively identify new opportunities with OEMs and end customers to expand market share.
• Help customers understand product values, differentiators, and application benefits of Industrial Hydraulics and Lubrication Solutions.
• Provide engineering-based solutions to address customer challenges in fluid power and lubrication systems.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on technical & commercial quotations.
• Lead negotiations and close deals in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Build long-term customer relationships by providing reliable after-sales support.

Candidate Profile Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Industrial Equipment, Hydraulics, Lubrication, Bearings, or related industries.
• Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and explain engineering solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel across Odisha for customer meetings.
