Company Description Forech India Ltd is a conveyor belt manufacturing company, HO based in New Delhi, India. As the Executive/Sr. Executive for Business Development and Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and optimizing operational efficiency within our conveyor belt manufacturing business. You will support the development of strategic initiatives and manage key operational processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies to penetrate new markets and increase revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance productivity. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities for business expansion. Support the sales team by providing insights and data to inform customer engagement strategies. Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management to track progress and performance metrics. Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in business development, operations, or related roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Knowledge of conveyor belt systems or similar industries is an advantage. Willingness to travel frequently to client sites as needed.
