Senior Sales Engineer

You will be responsible for consistently achieving the assigned sales, margin & collection budgets in a progressive manner through a technical selling approach. Working closely with the Business Development manager, you will coordinate the implementation of in-house presentations at various approving authorities such as IITs, NHAI, PWD, leading consultants, etc. in order to get our products specified. Collaborating with leading waterproofing applicators & contractors will be a crucial aspect of your role to increase our business share. It will be important to identify sales opportunities by regularly updating the sales funnel. You will be required to conduct site mock-ups and prepare techno-commercial proposals with the support of the Territory Manager. Your responsibilities will also include supporting existing applicators and identifying new applicators to expand our reach into new projects. Maintaining a Project Monitoring Chart for Key Major and Mega Projects will be essential by closely interacting with all PSM & Specification teams to maximize sales opportunities in a project. Ensuring close coordination with internal stakeholders for timely product delivery and customer satisfaction will be part of your daily tasks. Providing timely inputs to finance for issuing debit/credit notes (if any) to ensure sales invoices are completely paid and reconciled will be necessary for the smooth operation of sales. You will also be required to implement launch actions as directed by the Marketing teams in consultation with your Line Manager.,
