Senior Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients through calls and emails to understand their needs and schedule meetings.
• Conduct in-depth service demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Travel across India to conduct customer meetings, build relationships, and present Mech Power services and offerings, and understand their technical and commercial challenges.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular calls, online meetings, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the various internal teams to explain customer requirements and expectations that meet customer specifications and satisfaction.
• Provide technical and commercial consultation and support to customers before sales.
• Gather customer feedback and work with the various internal teams to enhance offerings and improve service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and transactions using the CRM system.
• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure their needs are being met and to identify new sales opportunities.
