Senior Sales Development Representative, Hospitality Cloud

Role Overview: In this role at Cvent, you will be part of a leading meetings, events, and hospitality technology provider with a strong emphasis on fostering intrapreneurship. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, providing insights and product information - Manage key accounts and strengthen relationships with C-level executives - Identify and engage new contacts using innovative methods - Qualify leads using probing techniques - Drive traffic to Cvent seminars and online demonstrations - Assist in developing campaign strategies - Generate reports and interpret data - Prepare presentation decks and proposals - Collaborate with senior sales team members to achieve new business quotas Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials - 2+ years of experience in Pre-sales, Sales Development, Inside Sales, Cold Calling, lead generation, etc. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership - International sales exposure - Ability to work within a team to achieve goals - Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity - Proficient in developing relationships over the phone - Ability to handle high outbound call volume with high talk time - Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment - Proficient in computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) - Experience in hotel sales would be a plus.,
