Job Description

As a Senior Sales Development Associate (SSDA) in the Leads Assessment and Development Management (LAnD) team at TresVista, your role is crucial in driving the company's growth. Your primary responsibility will involve qualifying potential leads and providing support to the Sales and Client Growth Teams (CGTs) to help them achieve their targets. You will be responsible for handling leads from various sources, such as digital marketing, the website, marketing campaigns, events, and webinars. Reporting directly to the VP of the LAnD team, you will collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Customer Service departments to ensure smooth lead processing and conversion. Your key responsibilities will include: - Qualifying potential leads through online research, networking, and industry events - Engaging with leads in the CRM system, accepting or rejecting them, and converting accepted leads into Identified Opportunities in the Sales Pipeline - Managing the conversion process, timely follow-ups, and accurate tracking - Introducing the Sales team or Relationship Manager to leads and ensuring a seamless transition of lead ownership to opportunity ownership - Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and staying updated on industry trends - Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate information on leads and prospects - Collaborating with Marketing and Product teams - Preparing reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales performance To excel in this role, you should have: - Strong communication, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, event management platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with lead generation tools and market research methodologies - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and time management skills - Analytical mindset and understanding of sales processes - Experience in the Financial Services industry is preferred You should possess: - 4+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience with a master's degree in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the Financial Services or Consulting industry - A bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is required, and an MBA or equivalent is preferred The compensation structure for this role will be as per industry standards.,
