Senior Sales cum Pricing Executive-Shipping & Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities in sea freight, air freight, and logistics solutions.
• Identify potential clients and convert them into long-term customers.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare competitive quotations, rate sheets, and pricing proposals in coordination with the pricing and operations teams.
• Analyze market trends, carrier rates, and competitor pricing to ensure profitability and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with operations and documentation teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pricing data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in sales and pricing within the shipping or freight forwarding industry.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, freight rates, and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/sales reporting tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

• Sales & Pricing in Shipping/Logistics: Minimum 2 years (Required)
