Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at the company, your role will involve identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the construction industry. You will visit active construction sites, roadwork projects, and real estate developments in assigned territories to promote and sell construction materials such as stone aggregates, bricks, and AAC blocks. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with masons, builders, contractors, and other industry professionals. - Educating potential clients about the company's product portfolio and highlighting key value propositions. - Proactively generating and qualifying sales leads through regular field visits. - Maintaining an up-to-date database of industry contacts and tracking sales activities. - Ensuring timely follow-up with customers and coordinating with internal teams for smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. - Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned. Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in B2C field sales (freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome to apply). - For experienced candidates, experience in any building materials or construction industry is mandatory. - Must own and be able to operate a two-wheeler for daily field visits. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
