Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Research Scientist with a strong background in synthetic organic chemistry to join our Synthesis R&D team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing complex synthetic processes, leading project execution, and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities Design and execute complex multi-step synthetic routes for target molecules Analyze and interpret experimental data to recommend process improvements Collaborate with analytical and production teams to ensure timely project completion Lead and mentor junior scientists in day-to-day lab operations Ensure adherence to safety, documentation standards, and compliance protocols Requirements MSc or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry or related field Strong hands-on expertise in multi-step organic synthesis Thorough knowledge of analytical techniques such as HPLC, NMR, LCMS Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills Experience 3 to 5 years of hands-on industrial experience in process R&D or synthetic chemistry, preferably in a CRO environment.
