Key Responsibilities:

• Lead 

  new product development (NPD)

   for cake mixes, improvers, bakery ingredients, and confectionery solutions.
• Drive recipe innovation, optimization, and scale-up from lab to production.
• Ensure all formulations meet 

  FSSAI / HACCP / GMP

   standards.
• Support cost optimization through raw material evaluation and alternate formulations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and procurement teams to align projects with 

  market needs & customer briefs

  .
• Monitor competitor products & global bakery trends to inspire innovation.
• Provide 

  technical training and support

   to internal teams and key customers.
• (Preferred) Contribute to expansion of our 

  seasoning / QSR range

   – crispy coatings, marinades, savory mixes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in 

  Food Technology, Food Science, or Bakery & Confectionery Technology

  .

• 8–12 years’ R&D experience

   in bakery, cake mixes, or related food manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of 

  enzyme systems, emulsifiers, hydrocolloids, stabilizers

   used in bakery.
• Proven track record of 

  product innovation and commercialization

   in bakery.
• Familiarity with 

  ERP/SAP systems

   and good computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills (English; Hindi/Malayalam a plus).
• Exposure to 

  seasoning / QSR product systems

   (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
