Senior Research Associate - Retail Segment

As a Senior Researcher in this role, your main responsibility will be to track sectors and companies in the Retail industry. You will be using various databases like Bloomberg to extract relevant data. Additionally, you will assist in financial modeling and valuations, as well as conduct fundamental primary research on companies. Your tasks will include supporting the lead analyst in building financial models, maintaining databases, and preparing various notes such as initiation notes, quarterly result updates, and event update notes. You will also be involved in meeting corporate representatives, conducting channel checks, and arranging roadshows and conferences. Moreover, you will have the independent responsibility to engage with select buy-side analysts. In terms of organizational relationships, you will closely collaborate with analysts and associates within the same sector and across other sectors. Your excellent communication skills will be essential in this role, particularly in enhancing the structure and readability of written communication.
