Senior Relationship Manager-Mid Corporate

As a Relationship Manager Team Leader, your role involves leading a team of Relationship Managers to acquire and support clients in the high octane middle market segment. Your responsibilities include: - Managing and leading a group of Relationship Managers to achieve their goals in line with the bank's overall strategy - Engaging and maintaining relationships with top management and promoters of clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable solutions - Generating revenue to achieve the bank's objectives in terms of earnings, assets, liabilities, and credit quality - Acquiring new client relationships by understanding their financial needs and providing suitable bank products and services - Managing client relationships by advising, structuring deals, and optimizing risk-reward for the bank Additionally, you will undertake brand communication initiatives for designated products, conduct market research, appraise credit proposals, maintain high-quality documentation and compliance standards, and monitor and enable the achievement of goals for direct reports. You will also develop talent within the team, implement risk and internal control policies, and participate in departmental audits to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.,
