Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Relationship Manager. The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, developing tailored financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key tasks include managing accounts, analyzing client financial needs, driving business growth, and meeting company goals. The role demands proactive engagement with clients, effective communication, and collaboration with internal teams.

• Relationship Management and Client Engagement skills, with a proven ability to build and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Financial Analysis skills, including assessing client requirements and recommending appropriate financial solutions.
• Strong Sales, Business Development, and Market Analysis abilities for driving business growth.
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
• Proficiency in financial services and lending products, with relevant industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
