Senior Regulatory Compliance - Business Transformation Insurance Specialist

As a Business Consultant specializing in P&C (Property & Casualty - Personal and Commercial Insurance) at EY, you will play a crucial role in multiple business transformation, upgrade, and modernization programs within the Property and Casualty lines including both Personal and Commercial Insurance. You will work closely with clients to gather requirements, conduct JAD sessions, workshops, and define future state operational processes while providing innovative solutions and ensuring delivery of required business value. - Strong understanding of various functional processes such as PC, BC, CC and knowledge in LOBs Line of Business including Property, Auto, and General Liability is required. - Experience in Casualty Lines like Professional Liability, Directors & Officers, Errors & Omissions, and familiarity with Inland Marine, Cargo, Workers Compensation, and Umbrella, Excess Liability will be advantageous. - Elaborating and delivering clearly defined requirement documents, collaborating with product design development teams, providing product consultancy, and supporting clients throughout the project life cycle are key responsibilities. - Proficiency in stakeholder management, communication, and end-to-end processes in the P&C insurance domain are essential. - Flexibility to work in shifts overlapping with US/UK hours, good organizational and time management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. - Product knowledge in Guidewire, Duckcreek, Exigent, Majesco will be beneficial, with a preference for Guidewire/Duckcreek. - Industry certifications such as AINS 21, AINS 22, AINS 23, and AINS 24 will provide an added advantage. - Additional experience in Life or other insurance domains is valuable.
