Job Description

Novo Nordisk Centre (India) Pvt Ltd is looking for Senior Regional Training Associate Bangalore to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees.
Conduct workshops, seminars, and other training sessions to enhance employee skills.
Design and deliver customized training materials and presentations.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging and interactive training programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
