Senior Regional Head - Life Insurance (Team Handling)

As an Associate Regional Head in the Bancassurance department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive growth. Your primary role will involve developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals. Your responsibilities will include providing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market, and effectively managing and controlling budget and resources. Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements are also key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you must have a minimum of 10-20 years of work experience and a Graduation degree. Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions, and a solid understanding of financial markets are essential qualifications for this role. Additionally, you should be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and have a knack for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. Having strong sales and marketing skills, the ability to lead and motivate a team, and a deep knowledge of Bancassurance products and services will be advantageous. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices is crucial. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, provident fund, and a performance bonus.
