Senior Recruitment Associate

Job Location: Mumbai Kandivali East, Anderi East, Worli, Chennai- Chengalpattu, Pune- Chakan

Reporting to: Manager RPO

Working Days: 6 days (Monday- Saturday), Saturdays will be work from home.

Daily & Weekly Responsibilities:

• Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the

clients hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and

expectations

• Manage the fullrecruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping

management find, hire, and retain quality talent

• Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins

and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job

specifications

• Develop and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and job boards
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting

strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business

• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout

interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting withfinal offer negotiation

• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects,

hired, and fired employees, and other candidate relationships

• Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database

Job Requirements:

Education: Any Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA)

Experience: 4-8 Years in Search / RPO Firms OR We are open to hiring quick learners who possess

excellent communication skills and have strong zeal to nurture a career in RPOspace.

Skill Set: Manufacturing, Automobile, Automotive, Electric Vehicle, Sales (Channel Sales)

Desired Competencies:

• Excellent Written and Oral Communication (Must Have)
• Should have end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Should have experience in Sourcing and Recruiting for Manufacturing/ Automobile/

Automotive industry

• Stakeholder Management experience Mid-Senior level, Global.
• Strong knowledge of professional network and job portals usage (Must Have)
• Head Hunting Skills (Must have)
• Positive attitude towards work (Must Have)
• Ability and willingness to keep oneself updated of various developments in

Non IT industry & latest technologies (Must Have)

• Experience of engaging specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attracttalent
• High target and delivery orientation (Must Have)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management (ATS), and

Boolean/advanced searches (Must Have)
