What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in

  ReactJS

  development
• Strong expertise in

  JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3

• Hands-on experience with

  state management libraries

  (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
• Deep understanding of

  component-based architecture

  and

  reusable UI patterns

• Experience with

  responsive design

  and

  cross-browser compatibility

• Familiarity with

  RESTful APIs

  and

  integrating backend services

• Knowledge of modern build tools (

  Webpack, Vite, Babel

  )

• Bonus:

  Experience with

  Next.js, TypeScript

  , or UI libraries like

  Material UI/TailwindCSS,

  Basic

  Node.js

  understanding is a

  big advantage

• Excellent English communication skills

  – must be comfortable communicating with teams & clients in the

  UK and US
