Senior ReactJS Developer

You are invited to join PrismHR as a Senior Developer on a full-time basis. As a part of our close-knit UI team, you will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to tackle challenging design issues and craft exceptional user experiences within the Human Resources domain. Your responsibilities will include showcasing expertise in Front-end designing, advocating for the user's perspective throughout the discovery and development phases, leading cross-functional teams in collaborative design sessions, and partnering with Product Managers to identify, capture, and refine user workflows. To excel in this role, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing SPA using ReactJS and related libraries such as redux. Additionally, you should demonstrate a solid understanding and hands-on experience with JS libraries and frameworks, front-end technologies like HTML5 and CSS3, responsive design, mobile/tablet UI/UX, and bootstrap. Proficiency in UI Performance optimization, modern web development tools, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Responsive Design, RESTful APIs, and Unit Testing is essential. Desirable qualifications for this position include familiarity with Lean UX in an Agile environment.
