🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior React / React Native Developer | UI Team Lead

Location: KOLKATA ONLY

Experience: 10+ Years | Team Management: 4+ Years

Senior React / React Native Developer


👨‍💻 About the Role

As a key member of our engineering team, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of web and mobile UI developers
  • Own UI architecture and drive the technology roadmap
  • Build high-performance, pixel-perfect React and React Native applications
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and cross-functional teams
  • Ensure scalable, maintainable, and reusable code
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement

🔧 What You’ll Be Working On

  • Responsive UIs using

    ReactJS

    and

    React Native

  • Integration with

    RESTful and GraphQL APIs

  • Modular, high-quality code with state management (Redux / Context API)
  • UI performance optimization across devices and browsers
  • Staying on top of frontend trends and tools to continually level up our stack

✅ Must-Have Skills

  • 10+ years of frontend development experience
  • 4+ years of team leadership in a tech-driven environment
  • Strong command of

    ReactJS

    ,

    React Native

    ,

    JavaScript

    , and

    TypeScript

  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, API integration (Axios/Fetch), JSON handling
  • Experience in cross-platform mobile app development
  • Familiarity with Git and Agile development workflows
  • Architectural decision-making and problem-solving skills

🌟 Nice to Have

  • Experience with

    Vue.js

    ,

    Angular

    Flutter

  • Familiarity with

    Storybook
