Accountabilities:
- Develop new user-facing features with high-quality, maintainable code
- Build reusable components and libraries for future use
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for speed and scalability
- Validate user input before submission to back-end systems
- Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver front-end solutions
- Mentor team members on UI technologies and best practices
- Address cross-browser compatibility issues and performance bottlenecks
Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in UI development with ReactJS and JavaScript
- Experience building responsive, engaging HTML interfaces
- Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM development methodology
- Familiarity with build tools like NPM and WebPack
- Understanding of version control using Git
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Nice-to-have: experience with design tools such as Photoshop or similar
