Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative R&D Electrical Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical design and research, and a proven ability to contribute to product development, testing, and improvement. This role involves working on advanced electrical systems and components, contributing to the development of new solutions, and ensuring their effective implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components.
• Conduct detailed research and feasibility studies for new product ideas.
• Develop technical documentation including schematics, reports, and test plans.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Software, and QA) to align R&D goals with project requirements.
• Prototype, simulate, and evaluate new designs and suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and safety regulations.
• Investigate new technologies and trends in electrical engineering.
• Support product lifecycle management from concept to deployment.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Electrical R&D.
• Strong knowledge in circuit design, PCB layout, simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB, PSPICE), and embedded systems.
• Experience with product testing and validation methods.
• Familiarity with international electrical standards and protocols.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with dedication and meet project deadlines.
