Senior Rakshak Manager

As an Associate Rakshak Manager/Senior Rakshak Manager at our company, you will be responsible for recruiting Agents & Advisors and Officer Rakshaks, developing various sources for hiring, meeting business goals, and ensuring product knowledge among the team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing various sources for Officer Rakshak and Agent hiring - Building a team of Agents - Providing product knowledge through training sessions - Working closely with Officers Rakshaks and Agents on planning and reviewing activities and goals - Achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans - Maintaining the company's product mix sales ratio and adhering to business norms - Organizing customer meets to understand their needs - Responding to customer queries satisfactorily - Organizing Service Camps at Cantonments - Maintaining a healthy Annual Policy Ratio and Cantonment relationship Qualifications required for this role include: - Any Graduate/Postgraduate with good sales experience - Experience of 2-7 years in Sales - Graduate preferably with an MBA In addition to the key responsibilities, you may also be involved in: - HO coordination - Sales promotion activities - Assisting in the overall running of the office Preference will be given to candidates with Insurance/financial sales experience combined with Defence experience, Sales background in any industry with Defence experience, Defence Ex-servicemen, and Insurance Sales background with a history of adaptability to new business avenues.
