Senior Quality Surveyor and Billing Engineer

Qualifications

• Min 5+ years Experience in Quality Surveying and Billing Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong understanding of budgeting, costing, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in project management and construction standards compliance
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the Infrastructure & Construction sector is a plus

Role Description

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for commercial interior projects
• Review and validate contractor/vendor bills and ensure timely processing
• Monitor project budgets, track variations, and manage cost control measures
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and vendors for billing and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of measurements, invoices, and payment schedules
• Assist in tendering, rate analysis, and contract administration
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
