Senior Quality Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Manager, your role is crucial in ensuring the implementation and efficiency of the Quality Management System (QMS) within the company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing QA policies to prevent issues and guarantee that products meet the required standards. Your duties will also include overseeing quality control tasks to identify and address defects effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement strategies to enhance quality and efficiency. - Plan, execute, and monitor product testing and audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. - Maintain accurate records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation. - Supervise and guide QA/QC inspectors, technicians, and other staff, providing necessary training and support. - Work closely with all stakeholders to integrate quality into all stages of the process. - Ensure adherence to relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements. - Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventative actions. - Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks. - Communicate quality issues and data trends to stakeholders, providing timely updates and recommendations. Qualifications Required: - Proficient in root cause analysis, quality management system (QMS), quality assurance (QA), and quality control (QC). - Experience in process improvement, product testing, regulatory compliance, and data analysis. - Background in real estate industry would be advantageous. In this role, your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will be essential in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of the company.,
