We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance initiatives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure our products meet the highest industry and customer standards. This role will collaborate cross-functionally to build sustainable processes and maintain our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and execution of quality strategies across production and development processes

- Define, implement, and maintain quality standards, procedures, and control systems

- Analyze data to identify root causes of quality issues and drive corrective/preventive

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, BizOps, Product) to address

- Develop and mentor junior engineers to build a culture of quality

- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and evolving regulations

- Hands on experience on Automation Frameworks like Karate, Playwright or selenium actions quality concerns-based framework
