Senior Quality Engineer

Looking for Candidates who will be responsible for :

• Lead in process & Final QC team of QC shift in charges and inspector to deliver defect free product supplies to customers.
• Define daily, weekly and monthly production verifications such as first / last off inspection, PY verification, process and product audits and ensure no lapse in manufacturing process controls.
• Conduct daily rejection analysis and identify root cause, drive and implement corrective actions to reduce internal rejection and COPQ.
• Train and develop QC inspectors for establishing a robust inspection process to prevent any defect outflow from manufacturing plant.
• Conduct immediate contaiment action and analyse root cause for customer and warranty complaints and support CQ team for corrective action during customer complaints.
• Monitor and update to management on monthly rejection trend, COPQ and action plan status

Qualifications:

Mandatory: B.E./ B.Tech Mechanical

Functional/Technical Competencies Required:

Statistical process control, Control plan, Certified internal auditor, Problem solving techniques, QC tools, 8D methodology, Measurement System Analysis, Data collection and analysis, IATF 16949, Six Sigma Green belt (Desired)

Behavioral Competencies Required:

Leadership, Team player, Stakeholder management, Customer centricity, Self initiative Ness
