Senior Quality Controller

As a Quality Assurance & Standards professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the products and services meet established specifications and regulations by developing, implementing, and enforcing quality control plans, procedures, and standards. Key Responsibilities: - Perform thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and final products to identify defects, deviations, or non-conformities. - Document inspection results, generate reports, maintain quality records, and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Lead investigations into quality issues and implement corrective and preventive measures to prevent recurrence and improve processes. - Lead and mentor a team of quality control personnel, providing guidance, training, and support on quality control techniques and best practices. - Work closely with production, engineering, supply chain, and other departments to resolve quality concerns and ensure consistent quality standards across the organization. - Ensure that all quality control activities and documentation comply with relevant industry regulations and best practices. - Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of quality control procedures. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or equivalent. - Proven experience in quality control, standards enforcement, and process improvement. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. - Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the industry.
