Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, is for a Senior QC Manager. The Senior QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes, developing and implementing QC policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. They will conduct audits, manage a team of QC inspectors, and collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control processes and managing QC teams
• Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A degree in material science, metallurgy, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 15 years proven experience required
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly with wear resistant alloys
• Proficiency in using QC tools and software
