Job Description: Manage and develop sales activities within the eastern territory, focusing on the Mining, Steel & Cement sector. Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients. Conduct regular on-site visits to existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, provide technical assistance, and recommend suitable products and solutions. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Mining, Steel & Cement sector. Meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory. Utilize your engineering knowledge to provide technical support and product demonstrations. Address client inquiries and troubleshoot any technical issues. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities. Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management. Work closely with the internal sales, engineering, and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client needs and achieving company goals. Required minimum 2 years experience.
