About the Role
We are seeking a Senior QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance function during a crucial transformation phase moving from primarily manual testing toward a fully automated, scalable QA ecosystem. This role will play a key part in defining our automation strategy, tools, frameworks, and culture of quality across the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities • Leadership & Strategy o Define and execute the QA roadmap with a strong focus on automation-first principles. o Establish best practices, metrics, and quality gates across all stages of SDLC. o Build and mentor a high-performing QA team comprising both manual and automation engineers.
