Senior QA Engineer - Sales Intel

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. You will collaborate with development teams, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate them through thorough testing. Your key responsibilities will include: - Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential issues. - Preparing test scenarios by reviewing software requirements. - Developing and executing comprehensive test plans and strategies for manual and automated testing. - Interacting with clients to gather product requirements and ensure alignment. - Analyzing test results for database impacts, errors, bugs, and usability issues. - Executing manual and performance testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications. - Leading end-to-end software testing projects, including creating test plans, test cases, effort estimation, and test reporting. - Performing various testing types, such as functional, UI/UX, performance, security, and architecture testing. - Utilizing relational and non-relational databases like MySQL for database testing. - Working on automation frameworks and programming languages as a plus. - Using leading tools for requirement management, test case management, bug tracking, and version control. - Mentoring and guiding junior QA engineers. - Applying scripting and programming knowledge, preferably Python. - Implementing CI/CD practices using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI. - Operating in Agile/Scrum environments. Preferred Skills & Qualifications: - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle. - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - ISTQB or equivalent software testing certifications.
