Responsibilities
Design, develop and execute automated and manual test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
Lead and mentor a team of QA testers in the execution of various testing processes and methodologies.
Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand features and functionality prior to testing phases.
Identify, record, and track bugs and defects in a timely manner using appropriate defect tracking tools.
Conduct regression tests and performance testing to ensure product reliability and quality after changes have been made.
Help to establish QA best practices, standards, and processes to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Generate comprehensive test reports and provide feedback to stakeholders to enhance product quality.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior QA Tester or similar role within a software development environment.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG is highly preferred.
Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is an advantage.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
