We’re hiring a Senior Python Developer to lead backend engineering efforts, build
high-performance APIs, and drive large-scale integrations with AI services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Backend Architecture & API Development
● Design and scale REST APIs using FastAPI/Django/Flask● Build modular backend services for real-time agent assist, transcription &recommendations● Ensure API security, authentication & high availability2. Database & Data Engineering
● Optimize Postgres/MySQL queries, indexing & schema design● Build ETL pipelines & background jobs (Celery, Redis, cron workers)● Manage structured & semi-structured data flows for AI services3. AI/Cloud Integrations
● Integrate backend with GenAI APIs, transcription engines (Whisper/Deepgram), vectorDBs● Work on prompt orchestration & AI middleware services● Collaborate with AI team for data pipelines & model deployment4. DevOps & Scalability
● Implement CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions● Deploy & manage backend services on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3)● Monitor performance with Prometheus/Grafana/Sentry5. Leadership & Mentorship
● Guide junior developers on Python best practices & design patterns● Drive code reviews, documentation & architecture discussions● Collaborate cross-functionally with AI, frontend & product teams

Requirements
● 3 years of backend engineering experience● Strong Python skills (FastAPI/Django/Flask)● Expert in REST APIs, SQL (Postgres/MySQL)● Hands-on with AWS/Docker/CI/CD● Experience with scaling production systemsBonus: AI/ML exposure, vector DBs, real-time streaming experience
