Job Description

Senior Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities:

Processing and tracking
material/service indents
from site and HO.
Preparation and processing of
Purchase Orders (P.O.) and Work Orders (W.O.)
.
Making entries and maintaining all
purchase-related registers and records
.
Bill checking, verification, and processing
in coordination with accounts.
Maintenance, updation, and systematic filing of procurement documents.
Vendor development
, negotiation support, and maintenance of updated vendor database.
Drafting professional
emails and official correspondence
.
Preparing correspondence letters for
vendors and statutory agencies
(e.g., WBSEDCL and similar authorities).
Attending and coordinating
vendor meetings
to resolve commercial, delivery, or quality-related issues.
Coordinating with
site teams, vendors, contractors, and PMC
to meet urgent material and service requirements.
Resolving procurement-related queries raised by site and project stakeholders.
Stock reconciliation
and coordination with stores/site for variance resolution.
Preparation of
I.O.M (Internal Office Memorandum)
.
Preparing
Job Approvals and Site Visit Permissions
as required.
Performing
data reconciliation
related to procurement, billing, and stock.

Experience & Qualification:

5-10 years
of relevant experience in Purchase/Procurement
Mandatory:
Experience in
Real Estate / Construction background
Exposure to
High-Rise Residential or Commercial Projects
will be strongly preferred.

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidates from
Real-Estate background only.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
